April 2013 Lidos Hotel

Dear Sir, Many thanks again for your very kind help during my recent stay in your hotel.  The staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms are very clean, well equipped and beds very comfortable.  The hotel is very well located, 5min by walk from Victoria Station.  I will definitely stay in this hotel during my next trip to London and will recommend it to my friends.  Virginie from France.

December 2012 Lidos Hotel

 

We have just had a couple of nights with you, and I just wanted to say thank you for making our weekend such a pleasant one. Your staff were friendly and always willing to help (all of them). The room was fine (p1), small but with everything we needed.  If I had a negative comment it would be about the breakfast room, it was small and a little crowded, my suggestion would be to either extend the time for breakfast or if possible extend the room.  But this is a comment and was the only thing to be found fault with.
