History of the Lidos Hotel London
Located in Victoria, the heart of London, the refurbished Lidos Hotel London opened its doors the first time in 1990. Since then it has been providing budget accommodation in central London for backpackers, families, students and tourists travelling on low budget.
The building of the Lidos Hotel London is designed in Victorian style and offers 4 floors. The area where the hotel is situated, is named after the Queen Victoria. In addition, the popular London Victoria station was built in 1861 and the two most famous theatres of this area, the Victoria Palace Theatre and the Apollo Victoria Theatre, were both built around 1830.
Furthermore, this cheap hotel is located near the famous Westminster Cathedral, the largest Catholic church in England and Wales which was built in 1903.
